Homeowners' associations were supposedly created by the Real Estate gods to fundraise for and oversee neighborhood maintenance, and to help developers to efficiently manage and market their properties. Legal firm of Leach, Johnson, Song and Gruchow lose 6 year case against One UNIT Owner. The case went to Arbitration, NV 8th District Court,  NV Supreme Court and then was decided in favor or the Lytles in District Court.  This is a strange case that should never have happened.
